“What we originally thought was an issue with our thermostat ended up being an issue with the wiring in our furnace. The was no power and with 3 young kids and temperatures in the teens we were pretty desperate for help. We called Phoenix and we were put in contact with Brad who was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He was able to talk me through what was necessary to get everything up and running again over the phone and he did this while taking time out of celebrating his own family that evening, which we will forever be grateful for.
